Before diving into the training, we carry out a detailed analysis of your current health, fitness and functional status plus define your personal goals on the program so we can design a specific program. We don’t just take people through workouts – as REAL LASTING RESULTS require planning and intention. Coaching is the key to success through combining:

We offer a range of prices and packages to suit your needs. Prices start from €50 per hour session.
