unique³ has been developed utilizing our 15 years of knowledge and experience in the fitness and personal training industry. But what we do is more than personal training. The approach of the mass of trainers who simply count repetitions and go jogging with clients whilst chatting about the weather does not reflect the unique³ philosophy. We believe this ‘standard personal trainer’ approach does not encourage transformation over the long term.
Prior to unique³, our company was called ‘3D Personal Training’ with the 3 dimensions signifying fitness, nutrition and the mind. Building on this, unique³ creates success utilizing a more multi-faceted approach:
- first analyzing and assessing the current fitness program (if any), nutritional choices and mental aspects of a person
- setting out a game plan to goal achievement
- strategically addressing the mental approach needed for success
- developing a supportive nutrition and lifestyle plan to match the person
- constructing an exercise and movement program based on the goals and the person’s current state of health
- promoting accountability so clients take the initiative and are not bystanders in the game!
This philosophy and approach is unique in the health and fitness industry.
Now you may be thinking all you need is motivation from a trainer. So we look forward to surprising you by providing a framework for achieving your goals through solid coaching and practical support, rather than empty motivational gestures. We think this is important because it is hard to be motivated when you eat a diet not specifically designed for you, perform an un-stimulating and ineffective exercise program and there is no thought or discussion of addressing the mental approach to success. All of these factors are addressed with unique³ and can/will accelerate your progress and create more sustainable long-term transformations.
